Šarūnas Dyburis is Vice President for Western and Northern Europe and a Board Member at AIMS International, a global executive search and leadership advisory organization. He is also Managing Partner of AIMS International Lithuania and Deputy Head of the organization's global Board Services practice. With over 15 years of experience in executive search, Šarūnas specializes in recruiting board members, CEOs, general managers, and C-level executives across Lithuania, the Baltic States, and Western, Northern, and Central Europe. He works with large and mid-sized organizations, including privately owned, multinational, and state-owned companies. Before entering executive search, Šarūnas held senior management positions in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, and service sectors. His hands-on leadership experience spans general management, business development, sales, and marketing. Throughout his career, he has worked across several European markets, including Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, and the Czech Republic.
